General Plant Maintenance

ASCC has formulated a wide range of general-purpose and industrial cleaners to aid in plant maintenance and upkeep. Products include soil pretreatments and cleaners to assist in the removal of rubber tire marks, cleaning and degreasing surfaces, treatment of heavy grease and oil, fly ash removal, ultrafiltration, and RO filtration cleaning, and dissolving petroleum and wax compounds.

Kleen 152

Atlantic Solv 152 is a highly effective blend of neutral biodegradable detergent ingredients designed primarily for hard surface cleaning operations, ranging from floors to walls, equipment, and utensils. Atlantic Solv 152 may be applied manually, floor scrubber, or by agitated immersion. Atlantic Solv 152 contains water conditioners, and biodegradable detergents that emulsify and effectively disperse even the most difficult of soils, and is easily rinsed away.

Kleen 836LF

Atlantic Kleen 836LF is a blend of strong alkaline builders, particle soil dispersants, water conditioners, and a synergistic blend of detergents designed to provide effective penetration and removal of even the most stubborn oils, fats, and soils. Atlantic Kleen 836LF penetrates, lifts, and emulsifies heavy oils and fats from tote bins and dunnage, along with burnt-on soils from ovens, griddles, and fryers. Atlantic Kleen 836LF being highly alkaline is not recommended for use on soft metal components such as aluminum or galvanized.

Kleen GREEN

Economical biodegradable GREEN cleaner for light to moderate duty cleaning. Safe to handle. Replaces Simple Green.

Kleen A179C

Atlantic Kleen A179C is a concentrated (non-ammonia-based) heavy-duty water-based multipurpose alkaline liquid cleaner. This product quickly penetrates and removes oil, dirt, polishing compounds, and greasy soils from all surfaces and leaves a light citrus odor. Atlantic Kleen  A179C may be used to strip old layers of floor finishes, sealers, and uncured paint tracings when used at high concentrations.

Kleen 138

Mildly alkaline D’Limonene powdered detergent. Multiple uses for floors and all metals.

Kleen MC66

Atlantic Kleen MC66 is formulated as an excellent cleaner and temporary emulsifier for greasy, oily, and waxy soils encountered inside industrial washers and coolant sumps after extended production runs and/or scheduled dump cycles. Atlantic Kleen MC66 is effective in both hard and soft water, is completely free rinsing, and is chalent-free for strict environmental compliance.  Atlantic Kleen MC66 contains a touch of added citrus oil and potash to lift and disperse oxidized oils, greases, and paraffin-based lubricants and rust inhibitors for easy rinsing.

Kleen 1175

Atlantic Kleen 1175 is an economical blend of biodegradable detergents, tarnish and corrosion inhibitors, and water conditioners designed primarily for hard surface cleaning operations, ranging from floors to walls, equipment, and machinery.  Atlantic Kleen 1175 may be applied manually, with non-recirculating high-pressure spray, foam generation, floor scrubber, or by agitating immersion.  Atlantic Kleen 1175 is a highly concentrated liquid that is effective in the hardest of waters.  Atlantic Kleen 1175’s concentrated detergency emulsifies, saponifies, and effectively disperses even the most difficult of oils and soils and is easily rinsed away.

Kleen IL-04M

Multi-purpose solvent boosted alkaline cleaner and degreaser. Similar to household Fantastic™.

Atlantic Kleen IL-04M is a multi-purpose, multi-surface ready-to-use cleaner designed for most surfaces, excluding glass and mirrors. Atlantic Klen IL-04M contains mild alkaline builders, water conditioners, and biodegradable detergents that emulsify, saponify, and effectively disperse even the most difficult of soils. Atlantic Kleen IL-04M removes many stains even on fabric and carpets. (Always spot test when in doubt.) Removes stubborn soils; smoke film, grease, oil, floor wax, nicotine film, lipstick, fingerprints, carbon stains, adhesives and road film. Works well on whitewall tires, painted woodwork, ceramic tile, exhaust fans, office machines and most all interior and exterior surfaces. Contains no chlorides or phosphates.

Kleen 396

Atlantic Kleen 396 is a highly concentrated blend of water conditioners, alkaline builders, and biodegradable detergents.  Atlantic Kleen 396 offers excellent particle soil removal, high oil tolerance, and provides convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner.  It is suitable for automatic chemical feeding.  Atlantic Kleen 396 operates at a lower pH when compared with high-pH cleaners, providing for ease of disposal and improved safety.  Atlantic Kleen 396 is designed for use in foam-on or mist-on cleaning of processing equipment, walls, rolls, stacks, and floors in paper mills, restaurants, steel mills, and other industrial and commercial facilities.

Kleen 058

Atlantic Kleen 058 is a hard working, USDA approved, ready to use floor, wall and equipment cleaner for use in sub-freezing, cold storage, and freezer areas. Atlantic Kleen 058 is formulated to work with temperature extremes to – 44°F for removal of fats, dirt, grime, and grease deposits from hard surfaces. Atlantic Kleen 058 works well in conventional automatic scrubbers. Atlantic Kleen 058 does not present a fire hazard in freezer areas below 54°F (below flash point). Atlantic
Kleen 058 is rinseable above 32°F, and leaves no slippery residue. Atlantic Kleen 058 will not adulterate food when proper use instructions are followed. When used in areas with sub-freezing temperatures, potable rinsing is not required following use providing that the solution and solubilized soil are effectively removed by wiping or wet vacuuming.

Kleen A186

Atlantic Kleen A186 is formulated as an excellent cleaner and temporary emulsifier for greasy, oily, and waxy soils encountered inside industrial systems and over-the-road and over-the-rail vehicles. Atlantic Kleen A186 is effective in both hard and soft water, is completely free rinsing, and is chelant-free for strict environmental compliance.  Atlantic Kleen A186 contains a touch of added citrus oil and potash to lift and disperse oxidized oils, greases, and paraffin-based lubricants, oils, fats, and rust inhibitors for easy rinsing.

Kleen UF

Atlantic Kleen UF has been formulated as a concentrated yet economical ultrafiltration membrane cleaner. This product is extremely effective in removing organic materials, especially oils and greases, which reduce membrane flow and efficiency. Atlantic Kleen UF safely replaces traditional alkaline cleaners containing sodium or potassium hydroxide, along with dangerous solvents and acids.

Solv TAR

Concentrated Liquid Citrus Detergent and Degreaser

Atlantic Solv TAR is a super-concentrated, water-free liquid cleaner and degreaser. Atlantic Solv TAR is a blend of safe solvents, emulsifiers, and surfactants to temporarily emulsify and disperse hard-toremove soils based on asphalt, asphalt cement (binder), waxes, grease(s), ‘tar’, oils, and high melting point petroleum by-products. Atlantic Solv TAR does not contain any chlorinated solvents. Product is excellent for removal of tar and asphalt on trucks, vehicles, and tools. Atlantic Solv TAR allows cleaning to function far beyond normal cleaning capacity due to increased detergency and solvency levels. Atlantic Solv TAR also allows for easy ratio adjustments as the soil load varies. Atlantic Solv TAR will split from water over time for easy skimming.
