Kleen IL-16HD

Atlantic Kleen IL-16HD is an alkaline liquid multi-metal safe heavy duty cleaner for removing very heavy deposits of carbon, greases, oils, waxes, and other soils from aluminum, steel, tin-plate, aluminized steel, and other soft metals. Atlantic Kleen IL-16HD is excellent on heavy baked on carbon deposits typically found in food and transportation re-manufacturing facilities. Atlantic Kleen IL-16HD reduces the reliance on Hazardous Air Pollutants found in most carbon removal operations.  Atlantic Kleen IL-16HD runs at a more moderate pH compared to most carbon penetrants, and is formulated to dissolve and ‘lift’ the soils from the metal substrate to allow for easy skimming and removal of oils and greases.

Atlantic Kleen IL-02F is designed for use in multi-stage immersion, ultrasonic, and electrolytic cleaning systems for grease, rust, drawing lubricants, oils, carbon smut, paraffin, and rust inhibitor removal. Atlantic Kleen IL-02F is a blend of alkaline builders, particulate dispersants, water conditioners, and low foaming detergents balanced for maximum soil penetration and removal.  Kleen IL-02F is suitable for use on ferrous metals, including cast iron, titanium, stainless steel, copper, and other metals which are resistant to strong alkali solutions.  Atlantic Kleen IL-02F is LOW FOAMING under normal immersion conditions, but may foam if recirculated at temperatures below 140° F.  Atlantic Kleen IL-02F is free rinsing, offers convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner, and is suitable for automatic chemical feeding.

Atlantic Kleen IL-04M is a multi-purpose, multi-surface ready-to-use cleaner designed for most surfaces, excluding glass and mirrors. Atlantic Kleen IL-04M contains mild alkaline builders, water conditioners, and biodegradable detergents that emulsify, saponify, and effectively disperse even the most difficult of soils. Atlantic Kleen IL-04M removes many stains even on fabric and carpets. (Always spot test when in doubt.) Atlantic Kleen IL-08M is a neutral pH blend of highly soluble synthetic detergents, water conditioners and dispersants balanced for maximum soil and oil penetration and dispersion.  Atlantic Kleen IL-08M is designed for use in industrial ultrasonic washers, immersion cleaning operations, and industrial one-through spray operations.  Atlantic Kleen IL-08M exhibits excellent soil penetration and particle soil removal.  Atlantic Kleen IL-08M is suitable for use on all metals including polished aluminum, as well as, zinc, copper, brass, and all ferrous metals.  Atlantic Kleen IL-08M offers convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner and is suitable for automatic chemical feeding.  Atlantic Kleen IL-08M is free-rinsing, non-spotting, and safe to use due to its low alkalinity. Kleen IP-12F is a blend of strong alkaline builders, dispersants, and biodegradable detergents balanced for maximum soil penetration and dispersion.  Atlantic Kleen IP-12F is designed for use in single or multi-stage industrial agitated, spray, immersion, and electro-cleaning cleaning systems.    Atlantic Kleen IP-12F is capable of cleaning a variety of ferrous metal components such as engine blocks and assemblies, greasy bearings, and transmission parts to name a few.

Atlantic Kleen 122HDI is an all-metal safe low-caustic spray and immersion detergent.  Atlantic Kleen 122HDI contains a blend of detergents, soft metal corrosion inhibitors, water softeners, and alkaline builders.  Atlantic Kleen 122HDI lifts and disperses soils from the metals surface for easy rinsing.  Atlantic Kleen 122HDI is an oil-split cleaner formulation that rejects oils and greases over time for easy skimming and removal.  Atlantic Kleen 122HDI is excellent in transportation re-manufacturing operations due to its ability remove and hold large quantities of oxidized and animal based oils and soils. Atlantic Kleen 512NC is a blend of alkaline builders, particulate dispersants, water conditioners, and low foaming detergents balanced for maximum soil penetration and removal.  Atlantic Kleen 512NC is designed for use in multi-stage immersion, ultrasonic, and electrolytic cleaning systems.  Atlantic Kleen 512NC is suitable for use on ferrous metals, including cast iron, as well as titanium, stainless steel, copper, and other metals which are resistant to strong alkali.  Atlantic Kleen 512NC is LOW FOAMING under normal use conditions, however, Atlantic Kleen 512NC may foam excessively if spray recirculated at temperatures below 140° F.  Atlantic Kleen 512NC offers convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner and is suitable for automatic chemical feeding.  Atlantic Kleen 512NC is free rinsing, non-chelated, and not additive dependent.

Atlantic Kleen 967HDI is a suitable cleaner prior to electroplating, anodizing, zinc and manganese phosphating, painting of ferrous metal components, and other industrial coating processes. Atlantic Kleen 967HDI is a blend of alkaline builders, particle soil dispersants, water conditioners, and a synergistic blend of detergents. The product is designed to provide effective penetration and removal of even the most stubborn oils and shop soils in the conventional hot tank, heated spray, or ultrasonic cleaning. Silicate-free Due to its moderately alkaline pH, Atlantic Kleen 967HDI is highly recommended for use on soft metal components such as aluminum and zinc where a light etch is needed for coating adhesion, as well as on all ferrous alloys. The liquid form of Atlantic Kleen 967HDI provides the convenience of handling, extended tank life, and improves employee safety. Atlantic Kleen 967HDI creates moderate emulsification to minimize oil re-deposition but will split oils after the solution is allowed to cool.

Atlantic Kleen 650 is a non-silicates blend of mild alkaline builders, dispersants, and synthetic detergents chemically balanced for maximum soil penetration and dispersion without metallic attack.  Atlantic Kleen 650 is designed for use in conventional soak and immersion industrial cleaning systems prior to phosphatizing, aluminum etching, and general parts cleaning.  Atlantic Kleen 650 is suitable for use on all ferrous alloys, aluminum, zinc, copper, or brass, including diecast alloys.  Atlantic Kleen 650 is low-foaming in immersion systems and exhibits extended tank life.  Atlantic Kleen 650 may also be used in ultrasonic cleaning operations, as the formula provides excellent cavitation.

Atlantic Kleen SL-05M will not emulsify or saponify oils and cleans by lifting the soils from the substrate surface. Atlantic Kleen SL-05M is outstanding with various oil separation systems, including Separation Dynamic’s Extran system, and oil skimming equipment, and can readily pass through most in-line micro-filtration systems with minimal if any plugging.  Atlantic Kleen SL-05M is caustic-free and non-silicated but has the power to easily clean almost every soil encountered in industrial cleaning processes.  The non-caustic base of this product will not produce foam through animal fat saponification, will defoam surfactant-based lubricants, and will not completely remove a drawing zinc phosphate coating for further paint or lubricant application.

Atlantic Kleen SL-07F is an alkaline cleaner for removing chlorinated paraffin waxes and grease in recirculating spray or ultrasonic washers. It is formulated with a unique co-solvent and surfactant package to loosen and remove even varnished drawing compound residues. Atlantic Kleen SL-07F may be used in a five-stage washer to offer slight etch to aluminum and galvanize parts ahead of an iron phosphate or other conversion coating.  Atlantic Kleen SL-07F is suitable for use on ferrous metals, including cast iron, as well as titanium, stainless steel, copper, and other metals which are resistant to strong alkali. Atlantic Kleen SL-07F is COMPLETELY NON-FOAMING under normal use conditions, however, Atlantic Kleen SL-07F may foam if sprayed at temperatures below 100°F. Atlantic Kleen SL-07F offers excellent particle soil removal, very good oil rejection, and provides convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner.  Atlantic Kleen SL-07F is suitable for automatic chemical feeding, and is very effective with specialty Thin-Film™ oil removal equipment that demands a thin, non-adulterated oil film to perform properly.

Kleen SL-21F 

Atlantic Kleen SL-21F is a concentrated blend of alkaline builders and extremely low foaming detergents balanced for maximum soil penetration and removal. Atlantic Kleen SL-21F is formulated for use in multi-stage immersion, electrolytic, and recirculating industrial wash systems. Atlantic Kleen SL-21F is suitable for use on ferrous metals, including cast iron, as well as titanium, stainless steel, copper, and other metals which are resistant to strong alkali. Atlantic Kleen SL-21F is NON-FOAMING under all use conditions. Atlantic Kleen SL-21F offers excellent particle soil removal, very good oil rejection, and provides convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner.  Atlantic Kleen SL-21F is suitable for automatic chemical feeding and meets government OECP Procedure No.301D as ‘Readily Biodegradable’.

Kleen SL-13F 

Atlantic Kleen SL-13F is a liquid, heavy duty alkaline cleaner intended for use in spray washers or immersion tanks. It is low foaming at all temperatures. Atlantic Kleen SL-13F should only be used on steel surfaces, as it may attack other metals. It is used where a strong non-foaming alkaline cleaner is desired, but powder is not convenient.  Wide operating temperature range from 55ºF -212ºF without foaming.

Kleen SL-17M 

Atlantic Kleen SL-17M is a low-foaming mildly alkaline cleaner for heated spray, pressure spray, and immersion applications. The primary functions are cleaning oils, crater compounds, chlorinated paraffin, sterates, viscous high and low-temperature oils, waxes, and greases off of all ferrous metals (steel, stainless steel, titanium) and most non-ferrous metals, including non-polished and cast aluminum on transportation vehicles, motors, and parts. Atlantic Kleen SL-17M will not emulsify or saponify oils and cleans by lifting the soils from the substrate surface. Atlantic Kleen SL-17M is outstanding with Suparator™ oil separation and filtration systems, and can readily pass through most in-line micro-filtration systems with minimal if any plugging.  Atlantic Kleen SL-17M is caustic-free and non-silicated but has the power to easily clean almost every soil encountered in remanufacturing cleaning processes.  The non-caustic base of this product will not produce foam through animal fat saponification and will not remove paint in normal operations.  In addition, the silicate-free nature of the product will eliminate dry-down residue on metal surfaces and will not cause plugging of filter membranes.

Kleen SP-19F 

Atlantic Kleen SP-19F is a blend of strong alkaline builders, particle soil dispersants, water conditioners, and a synergistic blend of low foaming and defoaming detergents.  Atlantic Kleen SP-19F is formulated for cleaning straight and soluble chlorinated paraffin-based drawing and machining oils from ferrous metals.  In addition, Atlantic Kleen SP-19F provides effective penetration and dispersion of the following tenacious soils: carbonaceous soils, oxidized oils, and dried-down petroleum and vegetable-based soils.  Atlantic Kleen SP-19F is not recommended for use with aluminum substrates and equipment; severe metal attack would occur.

Atlantic Kleen SL-31HD is a blend of select alkaline builders, oxidation Inhibitors, dispersants, and wetting agents, balanced for maximum soil penetration and dispersion. Atlantic Kleen SL-31HD is formulated for use in multi-stage industrial immersion and spray cleaning systems. The cleaner incorporates a non-foaming detergent system and polymer based dispersants for quick removal of paint, oxidized oils, greases, threading compounds, sterates, and lubricants typically found in heavy-duty engine remanufacturing applications.  Atlantic Kleen SL-31HD is suitable for use on ferrous metals, plastics, stainless, and copper.  Atlantic Kleen SL-31HD exhibits extended tank life, is economical to use, and does not generate the heat and reaction of typical powdered cleaners.  The Atlantic Kleen SL-31HD can be automatically fed.

ADD 271HD

Atlantic ADD 271HD is a concentrated liquid cleaner additive for neutral and alkaline systems. Atlantic ADD 271HD is a blend of natural solvent additives and surfactants to emulsify and disperse hard-to-remove soils based on wax, grease, and high melting point corrosion inhibitors. Atlantic ADD 271HD does not contain any petroleum or chlorinated solvents. Atlantic ADD 271HD allows cleaning systems to function far beyond normal cleaning capacity due to increased detergency levels.  Atlantic ADD 271HD also allows for easy adjustments as the soil load varies.

ADD 32

Atlantic ADD 32 is a liquid rinse aid used in rinse tanks operated at or below 125°F (51.6°C). It provides extra sheeting action of water and typically pays for itself many times over in reduction of fuel use in drying parts, air conditioner coils, and fins.  The solution physically allows water droplets to completely wet out the surface of the metal, allowing it to release readily from tight spaces and between compressed fins and bundles.  In addition, and in most cases, Atlantic ADD 32 allows for the use of poorer quality and/or higher conductivity rinse waters without adverse effects to production surfaces.  Atlantic ADD 32 cleaner additive contains no phosphate or chelators, and the surfactants used in this product are biodegradable.

Stryp ADD4

Atlantic Stryp ADD5 is a liquid designed to accelerate the removal of difficult to strip coatings, paints, and adhesives.  Atlantic Stryp ADD5 contains strong wetting and emulsifying agents that aid in the quick penetration of acrylic, oleoresinous, lacquer, polyester, or enamel residues. Reaction with various polymers solubilizes or disperses the polymers to make their removal possible. Atlantic Stryp ADD5 is designed to be effective against most residues that must be removed. Since Atlantic Stryp ADD5 is a liquid, it may be metered automatically.

ADD 34

Atlantic ADD 34 is a low foaming detergent blend formulated to operate in spray and immersion washers, as a cleaner, stripper additive, and pre-soak, at temperatures from 80 – 120°F. It will enhance the cleaning performance of cleaners and metal coating pre-treatments that operate within this temperature range.  Atlantic ADD 34 is an excellent additive to cleaners when tenacious oil-soluble waxes, water-based adhesives, greases, smut, animal fats, and oils are present.  At higher concentrations, Atlantic ADD 34 will assist in the removal of solvent-based adhesives, greases, and coatings without becoming insoluble in highly caustic solutions.

ADD 39

Atlantic ADD 39 is a newly formulated proprietary blend of ingredients for addition into solvent deglaze tanks to speed the removal of solvent based silicone baking glaze and carbon build-up. Product is added between 0.75% to 1.5% by volume to existing 50% Diethylene Glycol, 50% Hexalene Glycol and 100% Hexalene Glycol tanks in pan de-glazing and carbon removal operations. Typical time reductions will be in the range of 25-75%, depending on the level of build-up and available tank temperature.  Benefits include:  Reduces overall deglaze and carbon strip time in DG/HEX tanks by 50-75%, Eliminate expensive ‘Quick Strip’ tanks with 100% Hexalene Glycol / Additive tanks, Reduction in the usage of Potash briquettes, Atlantic ADD 39 only lost through ‘drag-out’ of tank; Will not evaporate, Reduce operating costs of fuel and labor by reduced strip time, Allow DG/HEX and 100% HEX to more completely drain off of vertical surfaces, Atlantic ADD 39 removes ‘burnt-on’ oil and carbon compared with DG/HEX alone.

Atlantic Stryp ADD7 is a high concentrate liquid additive designed to accelerate the removal of difficult-to-remove metals, grease, coatings, wax, paraffin, dirt, and adhesives.  Atlantic Stryp ADD7 contains strong wetting and dispersing agents that aid in the quick penetration of oils, and acrylic, oleo resinous, lacquered, polyester, or oxidized residues. Reaction with various polymers solubilizes and temporarily disperses the solids to make their removal possible. Atlantic DeOX 820 is a >32% active liquid blend of sulfamic acid, dispersant, and low foaming detergents chemically balanced for maximum scale penetration and dispersion.  Atlantic DeOX 820 is suitable for many industrial descaling operations including heat exchangers and industrial spray washers.  The sulfamic acid used in Atlantic DeOX 820 is one of the safest and most effective descales known.  Atlantic DeOX 820 is naturally inhibited against severe acidic attacks on exposed metal surfaces.  Atlantic DeOX 820 effectively penetrates and dissolves even the heaviest of scale build-up.  Atlantic DeOX 820 exhibits a controlled and quickly breaking foam.  Recirculation and heat improve effectiveness but is not necessary.  Atlantic DeOX 820 offers the convenience of a liquid and safety for both the equipment and personnel.

Atlantic Kleen 131HD is designed for use in multi-stage industrial immersion and spray cleaning systems. Atlantic Kleen 131HD is suitable for use on ferrous metals, plastics, stainless, and copper. When used in combination with Atlantic Stryp ADD8, the combination incorporates a non-foaming detergent system and polymer-based dispersants for quick removal of oxidized oils, threading compounds, drawing compounds, sterates, and pre-coats typically found in heavy-duty petroleum applications. Atlantic Kleen 512N is a blend of alkaline builders, particulate dispersants, water conditioners, and low foaming detergents balanced for maximum cavitation with penetration and removal.  Atlantic Kleen 512N is specifically designed for use in anodic multi-stage immersion, ultrasonic, and electrolytic cleaning systems for heavy grease, drawing lubricants, oils, carbon smut, paraffin, and rust inhibitor removal.  Atlantic Kleen 512N works by creating a temporary mechanical-induced emulsion to clean internal tube and part components, but releases oils when recirculation ends. Atlantic Kleen 512N is suitable for use on ferrous metals, including cast iron, titanium, stainless steel, copper, and other metals which are resistant to strong alkali solutions.  Atlantic Kleen 512N is LOW FOAMING under normal use conditions, but may foam if recirculated at temperatures below 140° F.  Atlantic Kleen 512N is free rinsing, offers convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner, and is suitable for automatic chemical feeding.
