Metalforming
Atlantic’s broad range of metal-forming fluids can be utilized in various drawing, stamping, and perforating applications. ASCC’s metal forming fluids provide lubrication and in-process rust prevention as metal is drawn to produce sheet metal drawing or wire, bar, and tube drawing. Product properties can include an easy-to-remove lubricating film, fast evaporating lubricants, extended tool and die life, and excellent bio and emulsion stability for desired metal forming.
Draw 2750-VB
Atlantic Draw 2750-VB is a fully-synthetic, chlorinated drawing compound formulated for medium to heavy-duty drawing and stamping operations. Atlantic Draw 2750-VB contains amide soap based inhibitors to deter the formation of corrosion on the finished parts and machinery.
Draw SYN4
Atlantic Draw SYN4 is a fully-synthetic, non-chlorinated drawing compound formulated for extra heavy duty extreme pressure forming operations. It provides outstanding film strength for extended die life, excellent surface finish and corrosion protection. In addition, its inherent stability resists microbial degradation. Atlantic Draw SYN4 provides a clean work environment for maximum operator acceptance during the life of the fluid. EP (extreme pressure) lubrication such as this is rare in a true synthetic, nitrite-free metalforming lubricant. Post-process advantages include excellent weld through characteristics and cleanability. Atlantic Draw SYN4 contains inhibitors to deter the formation of corrosion on the finished parts. Atlantic Draw SYN4 was developed to replace nationally advertised lubricants such as Ondeo Nalco Cal-Lube 1472 at a more user friendly cost.
Draw SYN2
Atlantic Draw SYN2 is a fully-synthetic, non-chlorinated drawing compound formulated for medium-duty drawing and stamping operations. It provides outstanding film strength for extended die life, excellent surface finish and corrosion protection on ferrous metals. In addition, its inherent stability resists microbial degradation. Atlantic Draw SYN2 provides a clean work environment for maximum operator acceptance during the life of the fluid. Extreme pressure boundary lubrication such as this is rare in a free-flowing true synthetic, nitrite-free metalforming lubricant. Post-process advantages include excellent weld through characteristics and cleanability. Atlantic Draw SYN2 contains amide soap based inhibitors to deter the formation of corrosion on the finished parts and machinery.
Draw 190
Atlantic Draw 190 is an emulsifiable, metal-forming lubricant developed for general purpose and heavy-duty applications. This product provides superior bacterial resistance during the life of the fluid for long-term, trouble-free performance. Due to the product’s inherent stability, optimum performance characteristics are maintained for the life of the fluid without the need for periodic additions of costly additives. Atlantic Draw 190 contains highly polar ingredients and EP (extreme pressure) additives that provide superior lubricity and boundary lubrication. In addition, the in-service cleanliness of this product prevents the formation of heavy, tacky water insoluble residues. The versatility of this product makes it ideal for plants where intermittent service demands superior performance.
Draw 192
Atlantic Draw 192 is an emulsifiable, metal-forming lubricant fluid developed for both general purpose and heavy‑duty applications. This product provides superior bacterial resistance during the life of the fluid for long-term, trouble-free performance. Due to the product’s inherent stability, optimum performance characteristics are maintained for the life of the fluid without the need for periodic additions of costly additives. Atlantic Draw 192 contains highly polar ingredients and a blend of EP (extreme pressure) additives that provide superior lubricity and boundary lubrication. In addition, the in-service cleanliness of this product prevents the formation of heavy, tacky water insoluble residues. The versatility of this product makes it ideal for plants where intermittent service demands superior performance. Atlantic Draw 192 was developed to economically replace nationally marketed drawing compounds from Houghton, Fuchs, Castrol, and Nalco.

Draw 194
Heavy-duty water dilutable deep drawing and stamping compound. Contains both chlorine and sulfur compounds for the most difficult operations.
Draw 241
Light to medium duty straight stamping and drawing oil. Completely water displacing.
Draw 410
Atlantic Draw 410 is an oil based drawing and stamping lubricant designed for maximum performance under extreme heat and pressure. This product leaves a minimal film which provides a cleaner environment than pigmented compounds around press areas. This oil based product contains chlorine extreme pressure agents and fatty esters. Atlantic Draw 410 is well suited for deep drawing gas tanks and similar shapes. Atlantic Draw 410 will also work well in light duty operations due to the lower viscosity and sulfur-free composition.
Draw 7735
Heavy duty drawing and stamping fluid. Contains chlorine extreme pressure additives.
Draw 547LF
Chlorinated heavy-duty drawing and stamping fluid. High load-carrying capacity for deep drawing operations. Excellent for severe operations on heavy-gauge steel. Contains a high level of wetters and surfactants to improve the oils ability to be cleaned from the metal after use.
Draw 420Heavy duty medium viscosity stamping and drawing fluid. Both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Draw 547A
Draw MP
Atlantic Draw MP is an effective light to moderate duty odorless evaporative drawing compound designed to be applied manually, with automated addition equipment, or in tank operations. Atlantic Draw MP greatly reduces the risk to personnel because it does not contain any of the extremely hazardous chlorinated chemicals. Atlantic Draw MP evaporates completely and does not leave a residue on the parts after evaporation, so parts can be painted. Atlantic Draw MP is an extremely effective replacement for acetone, MEK, alcohol, and other extremely flammable solvents, as well as drawing, lubes that must first be cleaned before they can be painted.

Industrial drawing and fin stamping vanishing lubricant. Evaporates in 7-10 minutes.
Draw 1150T
Atlantic Draw 1150T is a light duty to medium duty evaporative near-odorless stamping and drawing lubricant designed to be applied manually, with automated lubricant equipment, or in tank pre-dip operations. Atlantic Draw 1150T greatly reduces the risk to personnel because it does not contain any extremely hazardous chlorinated chemicals. Atlantic Draw 1150T evaporates and leaves a nearly imperceptible inhibitor film on the parts after evaporation.
